We have been so successful for years and recognized by American Council of Exercise as a provider along with the rights to our own line of Shapes Branded Strength Classes. Whether you are “Pumping” in our signature Pump class in California or sweating in our branded “Trifecta” class in South Florida, you can be rest assured you will have consistency and your class will be sealed with the same touch of the “Shapes Touch of Fitness Fun” across the board!

Cardio Fuse is a full-body workout that blends elements of aerobics, kickboxing, resistance training, and core work. The fun music gives you the motivation to push through the choreographed cardio, toning, and ab tracks.
Fun class for kids 8 years old and up!
A high-energy, intense and crazy-fun workout that transforms old-school aerobics into a highly addictive, new fitness experience. This class combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc) with music you know and love! A fun workout that leaves you feeling the burn!
Low impact version of High Fit. Same energy with lower impact!
Cardio and toning class set to fun music. Suitable for all levels.
Movin' and Groovin'
This class is for any-BODY who wants to maintain mobility by stepping to fun music with friends. You can expect 30 minutes of low impact moving and grooving. This class is open to insurance funded memberships such as silver fit.
STILL Movin' and Grovin'
This class is about adapting and overcoming injury, disability, or whatever holds you back. This is an adaptive fitness class geared toward those facing physical or cognitive challenges. We focus on moving what you can, connecting with, and empowering each other through fitness. Ladies with walkers, wheelchairs, prosthetics, and amputees are all welcome. Your unique story may be what someone needs to hear!

Arms & Abs
Get your full body involved by adding this quick arms and abs workout to the following HIGH FIT class or take it a la cart. Either way you will feel the BURN!
Barre Sculpt is a ballet inspired workout for non-dancers. Taking techniques and influence from classical ballet, Barre Sculpt shall tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles without adding bulk. It is a low impact form of exercise so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all ages.
Our signature high energy barbell resistance training workout formatted to music.
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
Gentle Yoga Flow
Gentle yoga flow is a breathing based beginner level yoga class that will leave you feeling aligned, refreshed and ready for whatever life brings.
Kidz Kan Too
Leave feeling centered and calm after participating in a traditional yoga format. Recommended for all levels.
