We have been so successful for years and recognized by American Council of Exercise as a provider along with the rights to our own line of Shapes Branded Strength Classes. Whether you are “Pumping” in our signature Pump class in California or sweating in our branded “Trifecta” class in South Florida, you can be rest assured you will have consistency and your class will be sealed with the same touch of the “Shapes Touch of Fitness Fun” across the board!

MOVERS AND SHAKERS
This class is designed for active older adults and older adults looking to be more active. We will fill our 50 minutes with fun and friendship while performing aerobics, strength training, balance and stretching exercises. We look forward to meeting you!
Movin' and Groovin'
This class is for any-BODY who wants to maintain mobility by stepping to fun music with friends. You can expect 30 minutes of low impact moving and grooving. This class is open to insurance funded memberships such as silver fit.
We keep things fun but still SHiNE is a killer workout. Our original choreography, rooted in traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop, provides the perfect balance of cardio, toning, and strength components.
STILL Movin' and Grovin'
This class is about adapting and overcoming injury, disability, or whatever holds you back. This is an adaptive fitness class geared toward those facing physical or cognitive challenges. We focus on moving what you can, connecting with, and empowering each other through fitness. Ladies with walkers, wheelchairs, prosthetics, and amputees are all welcome. Your unique story may be what someone needs to hear!
Latin-inspired, cardio-driven dance fitness that will leave you feeling alive!
Barre Sculpt is a ballet inspired workout for non-dancers. Taking techniques and influence from classical ballet, Barre Sculpt shall tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles without adding bulk. It is a low impact form of exercise so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all ages.
